A new Reliance is formally created from Oct.8th,2006. Rujia will hold 55% stake and 45% for Reliance who will bring production assets and their exitent network. 

New Reliance will pursue its previous activities with their international customers and has the objective to become the most competitive Chinese player in its sector.
